Money dance IS NOT a Filipino tradition! FYI, if you look at the history of it money dance is common in the rural areas of the Philippines... it is to support the bride and groom becuase some guest couldnt afford to give money as presents but instead they do it through the dance. Well to do family in the Philippines money dance is un heard off!
